Here are the simple exercise you can do at home:
Warm Up
Make sure to do a warm-up first to condition your muscles for the actual exercise it's about to get.

Begin in a kneeling position. Place your thumbs and forefingers together in a triangle shape directly underneath your chest then lower your chest toward the floor. To come up, push through the outside surface and heel of your palms until your arms are fully extended.
Rolling Planks
It's an important exercise to tone your core, obliques and upper back.

Lie on your stomach and fold both forearms in front of your chest so that they are parallel with the top edge of the mat. Lift your body into a plank position (like you did for toe taps), but keep your forearms on the mat. Slowly come back to the center with both forearms on the ground and repeat it on the opposite side
