If you're one of us who value our manicure, you'd consider walking around town without polish than having an imperfect paint job. But here comes the good news - Nail artisan Jessica Washick shared her precious thoughts on how to repair ruined manicures:

1. Apply a thin Coat

This approach requires lots of skill: Delicately use and apply a thin coat on the damaged area before feathering the edges with a topcoat. Doing so will ensure that the patch doesn't look like a fixed portion and it will blend with the other parts of the nail.

2. Clip the chips off

These chips more often than not appear at the top edge of nails because it deals the most from daily activities. Using a nail clipper, remove the chip without sacrificing too much length from the nail, then adjust your other nails to match. Once you're done removing the chip, apply a clear topcoat brushing from left to right or right to left.

3. Cover it up

A damaged nail doesn't require you to remove the whole polish at once. To fix this problem, be more creative and use other options you can add to cover the damaged part. Using glitter formula and clear topcoat polish is one of the best solutions. And boom! your nails are reborn.
