Creating easy and cool projects are so fun to do and it feels nice to make something that doesn't cost a lot of time and money but does look beautiful. This clutch is a good example of such a very awesome project and it will give you the chance to recycle some of your stuffs.

Before you start, these are the things that you must prepare.

1. Craft glue
1. Leather belt
Woven place mat
Scissors
Clothespins
Hole puncher

After you're done preparing those things, here are the easy steps:

Step 1

First, ready the belt and the place mat.

Step 2

Fold the place mat while leaving about 4 inch on top to fold over the opening of your clutch. Glue the sides and use clothespins to keep the material in place while it’s drying. Remove the clothespins once the glue is dry.

Step 3

Fold the belt around the clutch and decide on the length of the belt. Cut off the excess leather and decide where the holes should go.

(Tip: Make two holes, one for an almost empty bag and one for when it’s a little bit more filled.)

Step 4

Use your hole puncher to create holes on the leather belt.

Step 5

Glue down the belt onto your bag. You only need to glue down the part of the belt that’s on the back of your clutch. Use something heavy to press the glued surfaces down.

Close your belt and your easy no-sew clutch is ready!
