1. Bundle up and wear gloves
It's very simple but it works. Choose a pair of good quality ones that don't irritate the skin. If you're allergic to wool then wear a cotton mitten underneath. This will keep your hands toasty and dry.

2. Drink water
Hydrate your skin from within by drinking lots of water. Herbal tea is also a great alternative when it's really cold. You'll instantly get a healthy glow. So drink up and don't let your skin go thirsty.

3. Exfoliate and moisturize
Freshen up by exfoliating at least once a week as this will remove dead skin cells and it will also aid in better absorption of your winter perfect oil-based moisturizer and lotion. Get one preferably with a minimum of SPF15 as harmful UV rays are still present even when the sun is seemingly out.
