As the year goes on, we need to have something new for our nails too! And with these two new tools that you can use for your nail art arsenal - hairspray and water, this simple step-by-step guide for an edgy-elegant marbled manicure is easy.

Things needed:

• Clear Base Coat
• Blue-Green Polish
• Black Nail Polish
• Hairspray
• Small Wooden Stick
• Cotton Pads
• Polish Remover
• Paper Cup
• Water

Step 1:

Apply a clear base coat on your nails. This would create a smooth surface to your nail polish.

Once the base coat is dry, use a blue-green polish.

Grab your paper cup and fill it up with water. Then add a few drops of black nail polish into the cup. Mix it afterwards.

Once the mixture is ready, add a tiny bit of hairspray.

                           Dip your nails into the water just up to your cuticle line. Let it stay for 2 to 3 minutes.

While your nail is still in the water, stir up the water around your fingertip using a small wooden stick to make sure that you get a cool design.

Once your done with your design, clean the excess with a cotton pad soaked in polish remover.
