Basic Dress w/ Power Shoulders by Miamasvin.
A simple dress has been give a twist with padded shoulders. The shoulders are unique in that the padding is not inside the shoulder but is added as a cap sleeve on top of the usual sleeve. Dresses like this are great to wear on their own or for layering. Throw on tights on a large sweater in the winter for a feminine and lovable look.
